Sorry about all the regulations in my town, but I've found if I'm not strict about enforcing them, people simply go crazy. Hope you enjoy your stay in my personal city.

Well, yes. I am ashamed. To be honest, I don't really like having a personal city. My mom gave it to me as a birthday present and ever since I've felt obligated to enforce all the laws and come up with some new ones. But it's really a bother and I've thought about trading it in for an autographed set of Britney Spears cds.
